Mechanical/Piping Drafter

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft piping design PFD’s, P&IDs, and other drawings by reviewing sketches, descriptions, specifications, and supporting documents in collaboration with Engineering teams
  • Meet project schedule constraints
  • Generate P&IDs and other Drawings using AutoCAD, CadWorx, and other software packages
  • Comply with all applicable legal requirements by adhering to codes and regulations
  • Able to perform field walk-downs when required for a project
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as projects may require


  • Associates Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 0-5 years of drafting/design experience using AutoCAD 2D with CadWorx
  • Experience in Oil & Gas preferred
  • P&ID experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience.

  • Expected Hourly Range: $23.00 / hr – $33.00 / hr
