Project Assistant – Dallas, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for related clerical duties such as serving as receptionist, maintaining office supplies, filing and retrieving information
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Project Management administrative support
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Compile and prepare special reports
  • Provide onboarding support including orientation
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Highly-organized, detailed, energetic, and possess the ability to multi-task as well as handle multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changes
  • Strong organization skills
